About The Position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at LoadUp plays a critical role in driving top-of-funnel revenue growth. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective commercial customers seeking sustainable, scalable junk removal and assembly solutions. The BDR is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities across priority commercial segments while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-activity environment and is eager to build a career in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across priority commercial segments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
  • Ensure a seamless transition and onboarding experience for new commercial partners.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and commercial development as LoadUp scales nationally.
  • Execute high-activity outreach to build a robust pipeline of prospective commercial customers.
  • Maintain process discipline within the CRM to track leads and performance accurately.
