About The Position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Sherwin-Williams is responsible for initiating and managing customer relationships to drive new and incremental sales. This role involves coordinating selling efforts, conducting face-to-face meetings with key customers, and executing targeted selling events. The BDR will work closely with Sales Representatives to identify target accounts and deepen business relationships through heavy prospecting and logging all contacts with target accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face sales calls.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Proficiency in logging and tracking sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Add new accounts to the target account list.
