A Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. This role involves building relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers to promote security solutions, including alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, and fire detection. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site consultations, generating proposals and contracts, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to installation. The Sales Representative also requires maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and providing ongoing customer support. This position involves regular travel within the company territory and requires access to commercial and residential buildings for site surveys.
