Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
  • Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform approach and track performance.
  • Reliable form of transportation and openness to daily travel within territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions.
  • Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National's full range of housing services.
  • Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events and networking functions.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory.
  • Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach.
  • Drive profitability through competitive pricing and lease negotiations.
  • Generate leads through local marketing and relationship-building.
  • Respond quickly to a high volume of time-sensitive requests.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and property partners.
  • Achieve top-tier guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships.
