About The Position

Michael's House is currently seeking a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative reports to the Business Development Director and serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring individuals or organizations. The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Schedule is based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours, as directed by the Business Development Director. This is a hybrid position.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred.
• Three years of marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting is highly preferred.
• A minimum of one year of marketing and/or sales experience is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrable knowledge of behavioral health and addiction services marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring individuals or organizations.
• Promote the facility's services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Work with patients with co-occurring disorders and chemical dependence.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Michael's House.
