Requirements

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
  • College degree in sales/marketing or related field is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • No Refrigeration or HVAC system experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the commercial/industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with clients to identify their HVAC maintenance needs, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including technicians and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM systems.
