We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile. Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Requirements

  • Strong rapport skills and persistence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smart Phone
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
  • Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
  • Professional, caring, and service-minded
  • Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
  • No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
  • Build rapport with the property manager
  • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
  • Educate on our services and book repairs
  • Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks
