Summary: As a Business Development Representative (BDC), your day-to-day includes researching leads, interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing appointments to setup sales closers for success. Location: Hendrick Honda South Blvd. (Charlotte, NC). Schedule: Full Time, avg. 40 hours per week. Must be available for rotating morning/afternoon and weekend shifts between 8:30am-8:00pm. Pay: Income potential up to $50,000 per year (hourly pay plus bonus/commissions based on job performance).
