As a front-line leader of our sales team, the Business Development Representative (BDR) will help drive our sales strategy and performance. The BDR will be a strategic position for expanding our Storage & Handling customer base, reaching out to prospects to analyze their storage needs and present solutions for improving their product flow across their operations. The BDR will work cooperatively with sales consultants to create new customers and exceed monthly sales goals for qualified sales opportunities. The primary product focus will be our suite of pallet racking offerings sold to manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics customers, while also supporting conveyor and automation-related initiatives. The BDR role is responsible for prospecting and developing qualified leads through field prospecting, phone, email, and social outreach with B2B customers to drive company growth and exceed sales targets.
