Responsible for managing Key Customer Accounts/Product Lines, and the Business Development (BD) activities for those accounts, for the purpose of growing the business, retaining current business, and improving Customer Service/Relationship-building. Desired candidate is a self-starter with a customer-friendly approach and a strong work ethic. Must be team oriented, multitask capable, have working knowledge of MS Office products, possess strong verbal/written communication and customer management skills (including negotiation), work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a professional demeanor in potentially stressful situations, take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution. In addition, the desired candidate must have a ‘hunter mentality' to proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities.
