As a Business Development Professional , you will collaborate with highly talented and experienced teams within HGA’s Healthcare market and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in both the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. The Business Developer is a strategic partner to Principals and Practice Group Leaders, responsible for advancing the healthcare market’s pipeline development, relationship strategy, market intelligence, and pursuit support across both the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role supports the growth of HGA’s successful healthcare practice by helping teams identify the right clients, position early, pursue work strategically, and maintain a strong, visible presence in the healthcare industry. This role does not independently sell and close project opportunities but works collaboratively with the Marketing Principals. We are looking for someone who will identify and foster HGA principal-led client relationships as well as contribute to pursuit success through strategy, data, coordination, insight, and disciplined execution.
