About The Position

The Business Development Officer works with the Retail and Commercial Lending Teams to develop the small business banking client base. This position is responsible for the skillful management and fulfillment of small business client's banking needs such as targeted growth goals in new business development, loan production, etc. through the building of referral sources. The qualified candidate will have extensive knowledge of credit and financial analysis techniques as well as a proven record of business development and commercial loan origination. A minimum of 5 years of managing business relationship, 7 years of sales experience as a Relationship Manager of Branch Manager or equivalent role are required.
