As a Business Development Officer at UBS, you will play a crucial role in identifying key strategies to develop and grow sales within the Global Wealth Management division. Your responsibilities will include increasing top-line revenue growth, raising awareness, and distributing trade and product ideas to support point-of-sale execution. You will develop daily and weekly sales ideas based on market trends and product strategies, host daily Advisor meetings, and provide tactical ideas and sales materials. You will also handle profiling, lead identification, and maintain ongoing partnerships with internal strategy and analytics teams.
