Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Comfortable with outreach—cold calling, emailing, and social prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • A professional, personable style that builds trust quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM preferred.
  • 1–2 years of quota‑carrying sales or business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into strategic accounts using phone calls, email, and social outreach; log all activity in HubSpot.
  • Add and manage qualified leads in the CRM, ensuring complete and accurate data.
  • Nurture leads into sales‑qualified opportunities using established qualification criteria.
  • Support Sales in targeting key accounts by mapping personnel, participating in strategy sessions, and providing research.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and seamlessly transition them to Sales or Customer Service teams.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Regional Sales Managers and prepare documentation that sets them up for success.
  • Track weekly lead progress—including new leads, qualified opportunities, pipeline additions, and wins.
  • Develop creative strategies to reach decision‑makers and influence sales outcomes.
  • Become a knowledgeable evangelist of Harpak‑ULMA’s packaging solutions and share materials with prospects.
  • Partner with the Technical Service Team on equipment upgrades and Program Conversions.
  • Follow up on quotes, track responses, and schedule ongoing customer touchpoints.
  • Open/close the West Coast office and prepare for guests or on‑site events.
  • Schedule meetings, book travel, manage mail/shipments, and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and package handling.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
