About The Position
The Business Development Manager at Emser Tile is responsible for mentoring and guiding Branch-based Outside Sales Representatives to enhance product sales and customer service. This role focuses on developing a strong sales force capable of maximizing market penetration and margin potential, while implementing targeted sales strategies and fostering business relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial/Retail/Builder sectors.
