Wurth Revcar Fasteners, a division of Wurth Industry North America, is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to lead our team of Business Development Specialists as a Business Development Manager. This role involves managing team goals aligned with Sales and Marketing to generate consistent and viable opportunities with prospects. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, cold calling, presentations, marketing, research, strategy execution, project management, analysis, and reporting. Wurth Revcar's Business Development Specialists are part of a 15-18 month well-established program for recent college graduates. During this time, they participate in a concentrated sales training program to provide the fundamental skills necessary to achieve a successful career in their next role at Wurth. Each Business Development Specialist works closely with Wurth's National Sales Team by assisting with strategic prospecting efforts and extensive market research. This provides the opportunity to learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening industry knowledge through a structured learning environment. This program consists of eight total people: three in Roanoke, VA and five in Brooklyn Park, MN (two interns). 50% travel - split time between both locations required.
