The Business Development Manager at REHAU is responsible for selling the company's full catalog of products, which includes plumbing, residential fire, radiant, snow/ice melt, pre-insulated, and geoexchange products. This role involves researching the market to assess REHAU's potential, collaborating with Sales Management to set territory strategy, and establishing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. The manager will develop the sales territory by managing customer accounts, distribution partners, and Manufacturers Reps, while focusing on growing new business and creating demand with contractors, engineers, and distributors. Additionally, the role requires generating sales volume by identifying and tracking commercial and residential opportunities, conducting training sessions, and maintaining customer databases using Salesforce.com. The manager will also be responsible for creating and tracking KPIs and meeting or exceeding the Sales Incentive Plan as determined by management.
