About The Position

Questel is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Team Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for leading the Business Development Team to drive growth, generate qualified leads, and support Sales and Marketing Teams in delivering company-wide growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, with at least 2 years in sales and at least 1 year in a team management or leadership role required
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline development
  • Excellent analytical, organization, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic prospecting and relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and dynamic presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in creating and implementing targeted strategies for key accounts
  • Ability to assess customer needs and present solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular progress reports
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to foster a culture of responsiveness and respect
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to enhance performance, engagement and professional growth
  • Set individual and team goals, monitor progress and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are consistently met
  • Organize and lead regular team meetings, sharing best practices, market insights, and actionable strategies
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine BDR strategies and optimize processes
  • Build and cultivate professional relationships with C-level executives to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Drive the sales pipeline by generating qualified meetings through outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Develop targeted strategies for key accounts and industry segments to enhance market penetration and prospect interest
  • Coach the team to meet or exceed monthly appointment quotas and provide tactical support where needed
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns to generate awareness and interest
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and maintain pipeline accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to launch initiatives that drive prospect engagement
  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track performance metrics such as ROI, lead stage conversion, pipeline generation, and revenue contributions
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to refine strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting via CRM tools and regular updates to management
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support special projects as assigned by management
