About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our Revere brand. This role is based out of the state of Florida but requires travel for customer meetings, trade shows, or onsite engagements as needed. Our Revere brand is a leading provider of automation and control solutions for the industrial, water and wastewater treatment, power and energy, manufacturing, food and beverage, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries. We design, build, and implement customized automation and control systems for highly complex projects.

Requirements

  • Industry experience in engineering, operations, or consulting, especially in water and wastewater applications.
  • Municipal industry direct selling experience (i.e., working directly with end-users, consultants, and contractors).
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, sales principles, estimating practices, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating programs, and digital communication tools.
  • A self-motivated, assertive, and resilient approach to sales engagement.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering with at least two years of experience, or five years of experience in the controls field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by expanding relationships with key customers, channel partners, and vendors.
  • Meet order goals and develop qualified opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Follow a structured outreach plan and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Log accurate data in the CRM.
  • Identify new leads and collaborate with estimating to ensure margin-aligned quotes.
  • Attend trade shows and support marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and manage expenses.
  • Lead NPS feedback sessions.
