About The Position

The role involves identifying and securing new client projects by building relationships, developing strategic outreach, and analyzing internal processes to maximize efficiencies. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends and internal strengths and weaknesses, collaborating with project managers, and identifying existing and potential customer problems that we can solve to drive revenue growth for the firm. The position requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of existing and potential client needs, as well as our capabilities to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, proposals, and client projects.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical project requirements to clients.
  • Experience building professional networks and fostering relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and analyze client needs to ensure the firm's offerings remain competitive.
  • Partner closely with project and division managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads, build brand awareness, and stay informed about industry developments.
