As our business is looking to deliver its ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Beauty Actives team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' business development/sales/marketing/R&D experience within the Beauty Actives Specialty Chemical/Personal Care industry.
  • Knowledge of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Proteomics techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Technically astute and capable of acquiring the knowledge to develop the market sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Chemistry or other similar technical field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Oral and written proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Beauty Actives Market by identifying and developing opportunities for new patented products and existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with expert teams in France and Korea to champion the Beauty Actives portfolio.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams and customers to deliver training on products, emerging applications, market dynamics, and new developments.
  • Focus on driving sales growth by aligning with the global strategy and building a strong pipeline for NPP products.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with current customers, emerging brands, and contract manufacturers.
  • Strengthen relationships with current and new customers through technical support, training, and participation in industry events.
  • Identify unmet market needs and craft initiatives to address them.
  • Support North American marketing campaigns and product launches while contributing to long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage product launches and equip sales teams with tools and training.
  • Promote teamwork across Global and North America, encouraging diversity, sustainability, and innovation.
