We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the BDM will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling our full range of services within an assigned region. Our primary target clients include automotive OEMs and tier 1 & 2 suppliers, while secondary targets include heavy industry, agriculture, medical devices, appliances, and other manufacturing sectors. The BDM will collaborate with leadership to identify key accounts, develop sales strategies, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, networking, and direct sales efforts, including cold calling, setting meetings, conducting presentations, and attending industry events. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with after-hours networking, and be willing to travel as needed.
