You will cultivate strong, long-term relationships with client personnel at all levels, qualify sales opportunities, work with leadership to build pursuit teams, and oversee the proposal creation process. Additionally, you will manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure, demonstrating strong communication and virtual team leadership skills. You will collaborate across departments (Marketing, Recruiting, Delivery) to develop long-range strategies and near-term tactical plans aligned with Centric's mission and vision, provide accurate forecasts and insightful feedback to sales management and recruiters, and collaborate with service offering leads and team members to present a cohesive and impactful sales message and approach.
