About The Position

As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on expanding our footprint in the Commercial Real Estate and Healthcare sectors in the state of Florida.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling or professionally buying remediation, restoration, or specialty cleaning services - or working as a professional buyer of such services in CRE or healthcare environments.
  • Strong network of contacts in facilities, real estate, or healthcare administration across Florida.
  • Deep understanding of compliance-driven environments (Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA).
  • Confident presenting to executives, walking job sites, and responding to urgent client needs.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, performance metrics, and managing sales cycles from cold outreach to signed agreement.
  • Strong sales drive and the ability to guide deals from intro to signature.
  • A reputation for trust, follow-through, and professional polish.
  • Confidence in closing deals and working cross-functionally.
  • A strong book of business or relationships in CRE or healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with hospitals, senior living, commercial property managers, and GCs.
  • Selling emergency remediation & specialty cleaning services: water, fire, mold, biohazard, terminal cleaning, post-construction cleanup.
  • Be a trusted partner to our clients with tailored solutions in water, mold, fire, and biohazard remediation.
  • Build strategic relationships with GCs, facilities managers, and executive buyers.
  • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to close strategic accounts.
  • Represent a brand known for 30+ years of excellence across high-stakes, compliance-driven environments.
  • Hunt and Close: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new remediation and specialty cleaning contracts in healthcare and commercial real estate verticals.
  • Sell With Authority: Confidently represent EDS's capabilities-emergency water extraction, mold remediation, fire/smoke restoration, bio-waste cleanup, post-construction cleaning, and more.
  • Build Pipeline: Develop referral relationships with general contractors, hospital systems, senior living communities, and commercial property owners.
  • Leverage Industry Knowledge: Bring your experience to assess client needs and tailor high-value service packages.
  • Collaborate for Results: Work with our operations team to ensure seamless handoffs from signed deal to service delivery.
  • Drive Accountability: Track sales performance against KPIs, maintain CRM discipline, and contribute to revenue targets.
