About The Position
Milani Cosmetics is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager to lead and grow the Ulta Beauty account and other assigned accounts. This role focuses on supporting brand initiatives, developing and executing programs that drive profitable sales, and expanding Milani's market share across eCommerce platforms and brick-and-mortar stores. The Business Development Manager will oversee sales results, promotional strategies, visual merchandising, and financial management to achieve strategic OMNI channel growth goals.
