About the position

Nemera is seeking a dedicated sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities within and outside the current customer base. The role involves conducting market research, frequent customer visits, and presentations, as well as participating in trade fairs to promote our own-IP products. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing Category Managers and the Leads Team to effectively promote products and respond to customer inquiries. Responsibilities also include developing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and improving margins through pricing strategies and cost reduction opportunities. The position requires effective communication of customer needs within the organization and collaboration with manufacturing facilities and project management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business through market research and prospection.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and presentations.
  • Participate in trade fairs to promote own-IP products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Category Managers to promote products.
  • Work with the Leads Team to prospect and follow up on requests.
  • Elaborate presentations and respond to RFI/RFQ.
  • Participate in developing marketing strategies for the market/region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within all levels of customer organizations.
  • Manage margin improvement through price increases and cost reduction.
  • Communicate customer needs throughout the organization.
  • Develop effective working relationships with manufacturing facilities and project management teams.
  • Manage and conclude existing projects.
  • Support business and department strategy as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare drug delivery devices industry is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50% in North America and yearly to France.

Benefits

  • $120,000 - $160,000 USD salary range.
