About The Position

NextGen Invent is a forward-thinking technology and AI services company delivering advanced solutions across IT consulting, data science, and artificial intelligence. We are expanding rapidly and seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the U.S. market. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client and partner relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Role Overview The ideal candidate has a strong track record in selling IT, AI, and digital transformation services. You are a proactive self-starter with exceptional networking abilities and experience managing the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure. Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development.
  • Experience is mandatory with an IT, AI services, or technology consulting company.
  • Demonstrated experience selling AI, data science, digital transformation, or IT services.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of IT services, AI technologies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to create sales presentations from scratch tailored to each opportunity.
  • Must have participated in industry conferences or supported teams during conference engagements.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research quality, and overall execution speed.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings and sales events.
