The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in driving incremental revenue growth by identifying, opening, and scaling new business opportunities across Florida. This role is not a traditional territory maintenance position, it is a true hunter role, focused on prospecting, onboarding, and developing new dealer, distributor, and regional account relationships across targeted channels. The BDM will concentrate on the Professional Construction and Automotive/Marine Detailing trades, leading growth initiatives for FLEX Power Tools and Accessories and SKILSAW. This position will work closely with internal Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to establish Chervon brands as preferred solutions in priority trades and retail formats.
