About The Position

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving market share and revenue growth by creating new opportunities within your territory. Your expertise in high-velocity sales and solution selling will be key as you work with customers to identify their challenges and establish the best solutions available. This role requires effective communication and a consultative approach to ensure long-term partnerships and successful post-sale processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in sales
  • Experience in the auto retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
  • Quick thinker, fast worker, embracing change
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Results driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
  • Ability to lead initiatives and work through others
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients
  • Experience in negotiation and upselling

  • Represents the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
