About The Position

Senior Helpers is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the community by building strong referral partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact while driving growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience (5+ years)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Senior care or healthcare experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
  • Generate and Convert Leads into New Clients
  • represent senior helpers at networking events and community outreach activities
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service start
  • track activity and performance to support growth goals
  • ensure all outreach and business development efforts align with healthcare regulations and company standards
