About the Role The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition across North Carolina and South Carolina through relationship-based sales, networking, and consistent pipeline development. This role is focused on execution — identifying opportunities, building trust with HOA board members and decision-makers, and closing new business. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client and support long-term client satisfaction.
