POSITION TITLE: Business Development Manager (Non-LO-No Consumer Contact) JOB STATUS: Full Time/Salary DEPARTMENT: Lending and Business Development REPORTS TO: Director of Business Development TRAVEL REQUIRED: Some WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid- 2 days in the office/3 days remote. JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing operational business decisions that shape mortgage origination strategies. This position manages a diverse array of initiatives including lending process improvement, marketing programs and promotional campaigns with a focus on collaborating, planning, and supporting all Originations Teams, Vanderbilt Leadership, Business Development Managers and Lending Operations. This position reports to the VP of Lending and Business Development and contributes significantly to both data-driven decision making and the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role is a blend of technical expertise and project management. This position plays an integral part in the overall success and effectiveness of the originations team and the tracking of marketing promotional performance and ROI. Oversees initiatives through project management, content creation and maintenance, reporting of data and tracking metrics, and assisting with events as needed.
