Results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in UHF RFID across different market verticals, such as general retail, retail food, logistics, industry, pharma & healthcare, automotive and smart manufacturing. This role covers developing new markets, direct customer engagement to build design-win pipeline, win strategic accounts, and influence the ecosystem (end users, integrators, tag/reader partners). The person has to be capable of positioning our UCODE portfolio and drive adoption by partnering with end users and solution providers. Success will be measured by qualified pipeline creation, design wins, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
