About The Position

The Business Development Specialist / Sales Manager manages key account relationships and leads a sales team to achieve the sales and profit goals of Arch-Fabs Preconstruction Team Responsibilities: Develops new business opportunities and strengthens existing client relationshipsSuccessfully negotiates pricing and establishes Arch-Fabs value proposition to clientsTakes ownership of achieving Arch-Fabs sales goal, ensures that team milestones are met adhering to approved budgetsImplements sales strategies, leads daily team huddles and sales meetings and coaches team members during regular one on one interactionsMaintains and shares professional knowledge with the preconstruction team through documentation, training, in-person sales activities, networking events, and presentationsManages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their jobsResolves escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departmentsSecures the commitment of individuals to the sales team and organization through personal development and the implementation of new and improved systems and processesAttributes/Experience/Skills:Required:Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiationExperience leading, managing and developing sales teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Working experience with sales techniquesProven ability to plan and manage resourcesAbility to develop and deliver polished presentationsFantastic attitude with an understanding of and commitment to embracing Arch-Fabs Core ValuesLight travel required Preferred:Bachelors degree in business or managementExperience with Salesforce CRM Proficiency in reading architectural plans, specifications and construction documentsPossesses construction industry knowledge and contactsProficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
