Requirements

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote role with travel as required.

  • Willingness to travel throughout the KY/IL/IN territory as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs and industry trends to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new markets and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at both operational and executive levels.
  • Set and manage territory priorities aligned with ATC's strategic growth objectives.
  • Lead business development efforts in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly markets.
  • Guide and support Sales Representatives to achieve territory goals.
  • Represent ATC at trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data within ATC's CRM system.
  • Provide regular performance updates and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
