Business Development Manager - Fire Water Mold Restoration
About The Position
We’re a growing restoration and remodeling company based in New Jersey looking to build a referral-partner sales channel. We’re seeking a motivated individual — ideally with existing contacts in the plumbing/trade industry — to connect us with plumbers who can refer jobs that require water mitigation, mold remediation, remodels, or bathroom/kitchen upgrades. What You’ll Do: Reach out to local plumbers / plumbing companies. Present our full-service restoration/remodeling offering — emphasize water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and remodeling work. Encourage them to refer jobs to us (homeowners or commercial clients) whenever plumbing reveals water damage or when clients want remodels. Track referrals and coordinate hand-offs internally so our crews can follow up. Follow up on referred leads, schedule inspections or estimates, and help convert leads when needed (if commission-based). Compensation: Straight commission, or base + commission (flexible). Commission per referral that turns into a booked job. Potential for higher earnings as our volume grows. Ideal Candidate: Existing relationships or network among plumbers, plumbing subcontractors or plumbing companies around Burlington/Mercer/Somerset counties (Medford NJ region). Good communication, sales or networking skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, comfortable with commission-based structure or hybrid pay. Willing to learn basic overview of restoration/remodel services and represent our brand professionally.
