About The Position

Under the direction of the VP of Business Development and Sales, this role supports both newly acquired and occupancy challenged communities by executing tailored sales and business development strategies that drive occupancy growth from launch through stabilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/communications/marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years, leading marketing, business development, and sales strategies in the Senior Living industry.
  • Proven results in developing community relations, sales, and marketing strategies for a growing, multi-facility organization in a challenging and ever-changing market.
