Partnering closely with internal engineering and sales teams, you'll ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with ATC's strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in Custom Automation and Engineering solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term customer partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms.
  • Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote work environment with regular travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, strategic approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the KY/IL/IN territory as required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate customer needs and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
  • Grow business within existing accounts while pursuing new markets and technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels of client organizations.
  • Develop territory strategies aligned with ATC's overall growth objectives.
  • Lead expansion efforts in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly markets.
  • Support and guide Sales Representatives to meet and exceed territory goals.
  • Represent ATC at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development within ATC's CRM system.
  • Provide regular performance updates and adapt strategies to achieve sales targets.
