POSITION SUMMARY The Business Development Manager, Heavy Commercial, is responsible for executing business growth plans for Delta Commercial. This individual is a key point of contact for manufacturing agency partners and is integral to building specification presence in their respective markets. The BDM will have strong relationships with commercial and institutional specifiers, mechanical contractors, architects, designers, facilities managers, and other stakeholders, positioning Delta Commercial as a top choice of these professionals. You will collaborate across internal functions and agency partners to align priorities, uncover new market opportunities, and support sustainable pipeline growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial construction and specification environment and an ability to navigate complex sales cycles with a strategic and customer-focused approach.
