About The Position

SERVPRO is a nationally recognized leader in fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services. Our locally owned franchise serves Thomas, Colquitt, Grady, and Tift counties, providing 24/7 emergency response to homes and businesses. We are known for our fast response, professional service, and commitment to helping customers recover quickly. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong background in B2B or outside sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and local businesses
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and events
  • Plan lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and marketing initiatives
  • Lead and develop sales/marketing team members
  • Track performance using Sales Fore and Sales Metrics
