About The Position

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in driving incremental revenue growth by identifying, opening, and scaling new business opportunities across East Texas. The BDM will concentrate on the Professional Construction and Automotive/Marine Detailing trades, leading growth initiatives for FLEX Power Tools and Accessories and SKILSAW. This position will work closely with internal Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to establish Chervon brands as preferred solutions in priority trades and retail formats.
