We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Surgery team and drive the growth of our surgical products division. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the surgical products industry. Key responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs to achieve business objectives. Actively acquire new customers for Medmix Surgery products by utilizing market intelligence data and own network. Translate a sales strategy into a KPI driven action plan and own the execution. Develop strategic business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential competitors. Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new surgical products to the market. Drive sales of surgical products by understanding customer needs and promoting our product portfolio effectively. Understand customer needs in surgery and biomaterial industry Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Surgical healthcare sector. Develop strategic business plans and sales strategies to achieve growth objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
