ROLE OVERVIEW: Drive growth by maintaining and expanding the customer base for Diversey, a Solenis company, within the hospitality and food service industries. Manage the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals and providing ongoing service—ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability in your territory.

Requirements

  • Sales or operational experience in laundry, food service, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong information technology skills; proficient in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Availability to provide emergency customer support, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform precise work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment assessments, including any required physical or technical evaluations.
  • Compliance with local mandates and customer requirements.

  • Preferred candidates will live in the Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC areas.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts by providing tailored chemical products and cleaning programs that meet operational requirements, ensuring safe equipment use and delivering comprehensive training to customer teams.
  • Drive business growth by cultivating new leads, closing sales, expanding existing accounts, and leveraging market insights to develop reginal strategies.
  • Leverage digital tools to conduct service visits, recommend solutions, track customer accounts in Salesforce, and oversee routine equipment maintenance through the service team.
  • Coordinate new equipment installations with the service team and provide hands-on training for housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen operations.
  • Engage customers and industry peers by organizing innovation days and actively participating in tradeshows and events to generate new leads and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain administrative excellence by completing required documentation and participating in mandatory safety and technical training programs.
