Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in material handling systems or technical sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex requirements.
• Proven business development experience, including lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• High degree of initiative and business acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the sales budget for Material Handling systems.
• Refine strategies to achieve budgeted orders and revenue shipments.
• Evaluate and pursue new market segments through research and outreach.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to develop opportunities.
• Track lead generation and manage opportunity pipelines using Salesforce.
• Create and execute quarterly business plans to drive account acquisition.
• Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce.
• Drive customer intimacy to identify new product development opportunities.
• Promote Material Handling capabilities throughout the American market.
• Provide timely reports and insights on competitive landscape.
