Enabled Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to own, build, and grow a defined book of business through disciplined prospecting, account expansion, and multi‑threaded relationship development. The BDM is a builder role, not a people‑management role. This position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, expanding relationships within existing customers, uncovering new opportunities inside assigned accounts, and driving revenue growth through consistent, organized sales execution. Success in this role requires exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization, along with the ability to run complex, long‑cycle opportunities while maintaining steady prospecting activity. The BDE will pursue projects across the United States and Canada, with travel estimated to be up to 50% of the time. The Business Development Manager is responsible for turning accounts into long‑term growth engines. By owning a book of business and consistently expanding relationships and opportunities within it, the BDM plays a critical role in revenue predictability, customer retention, and sustainable growth.
