Role Overview We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the team behind LAMMA — the UK’s leading agricultural machinery and equipment event. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you will play a key role in driving the continued growth of the event through proactive sales activity, new business development and strong account management. This role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities, building strong industry relationships and delivering revenue growth across exhibition space, sponsorship and partnerships. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure exhibitors achieve strong ROI from participating in LAMMA.
