About The Position
The Business Development Manager serves as external liaison between IBMC and user banks by performing the following duties. Provide overall direction and guidance to team of Relationship department, ensuring that all corporate directives and objectives are met and all relationship and education representatives have specific and appropriate goals and objectives to drive growth. Drive the promotion and marketing efforts for IBMC, both in the state of Iowa and those states IBMC conducts business, including PFI's that sell IBMC loans via the FHLB of Des Moines. Act as a liaison between community banks and all areas of IBMC, including Credit Risk, Servicing, Production and Business Operation. Responsible for annual growth in IBMC product usage including, but not limited to, Alliance, Heritage, CORE, SCOUT, BLINQ'R, etc. Represent IBMC at trade associations, special events and other venues that require exposure for IBMC, including social media.
