We are seeking a BDR Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA! As a BDR Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on outbound prospecting. Your mission is to develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team that consistently generates qualified opportunities for our sales organization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine prospecting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure your team is equipped to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
