About The Position

As Jun Group's supply-side division, HyprMX, brings the world's biggest brands into mobile apps and games from top app developers and game publishers such as Scopely, Take-Two, and Pixel United. We're a nimble, open, and experienced team that is respected around the industry. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. The right candidate has 3-5 years of business development experience and a deep understanding of the mobile advertising industry. The successful individual is knowledgeable, intelligent, outgoing, determined, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in business development or partnerships
  • Passion for mobile apps, games, and digital advertising
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented and enjoy analysis and problem-solving
  • Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute
  • Existing relationships with mobile app developers is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Initiate relationships with lead mobile app developers and publishers
  • Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business pipeline
  • Organize and lead calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners
  • Collaborate with the operations team during partner integration, testing, and launch of our ad SDK
  • Oversee and optimize in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishers
  • Work with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contracts
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiatives
  • Represent HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
