The position involves identifying and developing strategic relationships with current and potential customers, working closely with the sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives. The role includes assisting senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects. The individual will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components, establishing and maintaining ongoing client relationships, and managing special projects and events to advance key business goals. The position requires consistent achievement and exceeding of quotas and goals while conducting oneself professionally and representing Impact Floors positively. This role will cover all of North Carolina, and travel is required.
